National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) builds up 4 programmes of International Baccalaureate Educator Certificate (IBEC), preparing pre-service teachers for worldwide IB schools and enriching education quality in Taiwan.

In order to enhance students' understanding of the nature of experimental physics, the course of inquiry and practice is formally introduced into the curriculum map of the Department of Physics. Scientific inquiry-based teaching and learning strategies are used to help students build scientific research skills, while enriching students' scientific toolboxes and enhancing students' scientific horizons. The course does enhance students' science process skills, while the focused conversation in the classroom facilitates students' understanding of communication in the global scientific community.
