2019國際教育實習高峰會，新加坡

2019年8月1日-8月2日，受新加坡南洋理工大學國立教育學院(the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University)邀請，前去新加坡參加2019國際實習高峰會(International Practicum Summit 2019)。
由於近幾年國立臺灣師範大學師資培育學院實習輔導組的業務涉及國際交流與海外見習工作，國際上合作的學校日益增加，所以南洋理工大學國立教育學院(NIE, NTU)發出邀請之後就決定去參加並發表一個演講。
與會的大學老師分別來自丹麥、瑞典、瑞士、澳洲、紐西蘭、南非、香港、新加坡、北京、臺灣。

會議開幕由新加坡南洋理工大學國立教育學院(Director of National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University)院長Christine Goh主持。
師資培育學程的主任(Dean of Teacher Education)LOW Ee Ling致詞。

主題演講者(Keynote speaker): 香港大學教育學院(Faculty of Education, University of Hong Kong)院長葛文林(Lin Goodwin)教授，講題:“Teacher Education and the Importance of Global Mindset”

座談會中歐洲高收入國家瑞典林雪平大學(Linköping University)的老師都反應國際交流的成本及費用確實是個問題，尤其現今飛往各處的成本都相對提高，國際、海外的教育見習雖然相當有效益，但是經濟因素卻是一個沉重的負擔。
Nadine Petersen教授接著這個議題，問了一個重要問題，關於社會公平與社會正義(Social Justice)，大學如何以學院教育者的立場來處理或看待這件事。我在先前的報告中正好提到，以後設觀點建立教師信念當中最核心的部分是知識分子貢獻天下的社會責任，是用以幫助學生體會受教育的真正目的與自我實現的人生歷程。

我則是提醒出國交流之前，既然是交流互惠，學生必須先了解自己的文化優勢與教育現況，才能在交流的當下，讓對方得到最希望得到的經驗知識。

當然更厲害的是，當有人問國際交流曾經遇過做難忘的事情，瑞典老師說，有一位新加坡學生到瑞典見習，結果男朋友竟然到學校裡面去求婚。
